School of Global Remote Careers

For Companies

An extra pair of hands on your ops work. Free for two weeks.

We train remote operations and automation assistants, then place one with your team to take the repetitive work off your plate and automate your processes. Try one for two weeks at no cost. We supervise the work, so there's nothing for you to manage.

No cost. No commitment. Stop any time.

What is this is about

A trained assistant who takes the busywork off your team.
You try them free first.

One person who handles the repetitive work your team shouldn't be doing, and automates the parts that can run on their own. We train them, we supervise them, and you try one for two weeks before you pay anything.

This is for you if you've got real work falling through the cracks that doesn't need a senior hire, and you'd rather hand it off than keep absorbing it. Small team or large, growing fast or steadying out: if that sounds familiar, we should talk.

What they take off your plate

Inbox & admin

Email, scheduling, follow-ups, the daily upkeep

Support triage

Sorting messages, drafting replies for your approval

Client onboarding

Welcome flows, folders, checklists, nothing dropped

Automation

Setting up the repetitive tasks to run on their own

Data cleanup

Organising and moving data between your tools

Documentation

Writing clear processes your whole team can follow

What makes them different

They don't just do the repetitive work.
They make it stop being repetitive.

A regular assistant does the same task every week, forever. Ours are trained to automate it  so the follow-up email sends itself, a new lead lands in the right place on its own, the weekly report builds itself. You get the task handled now, and handled automatically later.

How it works

Five steps. Two of them are yours.

You say what needs doing and you decide at the end.

We do everything in between.

What it costs you

Free

The two-week trial.

See if they're a fit at no cost and no obligation. Walk away any time, even on day one.

8 weeks

The placement.

If the trial goes well, the assistant stays for a structured eight-week placement, supervised by us throughout.

$200

One-time flat fee, only if you keep them.

A one-time fee if you continue past the trial  less than a day of a local hire's cost. It covers our supervision, and we agree before anything starts.

Many companies choose to pay the assistant a small

stipend for the 8 weeks, but this is never a requirement.

Who we are

A global remote-career training school.
We teach people to work the way your team already does.

The School of Global Remote Careers trains professionals across

Africa for international remote work. Our assistants don't just learn

tools, they build real working projects, document them, and

finish with proof they can deliver, not just a certificate.

We never pretend a hire is risk-free, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we promise is a low-risk way to find out: trained people, real proof, our supervision, and a trial that costs you nothing. You decide from there.

Frequently Asked Questions

The honest answers.

Is this legal? What about payroll, visas, taxes?

It's a training placement on a contractor basis. The assistant is based in Nigeria and is not your employee, so there's no US or EU payroll, no visa sponsorship, and no employment paperwork on your side. We handle the arrangement.

What about our data and customer information?

Every assistant signs an NDA, and we start them in test or sandbox accounts. They only get access to real systems once you're comfortable, on your terms. Data safety is part of what we train, from day one.

What if the person isn't any good?

That's exactly what the free two-week trial is for. If it's not working, you stop, at no cost and no awkwardness. And because we supervise, we catch and fix issues before they become your problem. If needed, we'll offer a replacement.

Will I have to manage or train them?

No. We handle training, supervision, and work quality. Your part is to say what needs doing and give a little feedback, roughly a 30-minute check-in a week. Think of us as the manager; you're the client.

Where are they based, and does the time zone work?

Nigeria (WAT). That's the same working day as the UK and Western Europe, and a solid afternoon overlap with US hours. In practice, real-time collaboration is easy. Our interns are also willing and able to work in any timezone.

What's the catch with "free"?

There isn't one. The trial is genuinely free because it's how you build trust in the person, and how our assistants get real experience. A one-time fee of $100–200 only applies if you choose to keep them beyond the 8 weeks.

Not ready right now?

Keep us on your radar.

Maybe the timing's not right, That's fine. Leave your email and we'll send the occasional update so when you are ready, you already know us.

Want to see what one of them
could do for you?

We can send you a demo of the problems they solve for you.
No call is needed except you want one.
